On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Fashion Brand, We are recruiting the following profile:

JUNIOR CORPORATE FP&A / CANTON TICINO

The role will join the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis team, supporting management in performance monitoring and business decision-making.

Duties and Responsabilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting (OPEX, marketing, commercial channel direct costs)
• Consolidation of the European P&L and variance analysis
• Preparation of management reporting and KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Support for monthly and quarterly closings in collaboration with Accounting
• Cost monitoring and financial control activities
• Preparation of business cases and CapEx analysis
• Support to financial improvement initiatives and SOX compliance
• Maintenance of planning and reporting tools (Hyperion)

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on HQ / corporate cost control, preferably within a retail environment;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Strong knowledge of Excel and preferably familiarity with Hyperion and SAP.
