On behalf of a fast-growing Swiss premium footwear company, we are supporting the search for a Global Wholesale Manager to lead the development of its international B2B distribution.
This role represents a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to build and scale the global wholesale function within a newly structured and highly ambitious organization.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will drive the global wholesale strategy, starting from EMEA and expanding into North America and Asia.
This is an entrepreneurial and high-impact role, ideal for a senior wholesale professional ready to step into a global position.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the global wholesale strategy;
• Develop distribution across premium multibrand, sneaker retailers, and distributors;
• Open and scale key markets (EMEA, North America);
• Manage key accounts and drive sales performance;
• Build and leverage an international network;
• Work closely with the CEO on go-to-market strategy;
• Act as a hands-on commercial leader;
• Contribute to building processes and structure within the function.
Candidate Profile
• Strong experience in international wholesale (footwear mandatory);
• Solid network across premium multibrand and sneaker distribution;
• Entrepreneurial, execution-driven mindset;
• Strong commercial and analytical skills;
• Fluent in English & Italian.
