On behalf of our esteemed Customer, high luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join the team of the Geneva Boutique :

BOUTIQUE MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / GENEVA

The Boutique Manager optimize the overall sales performance, actively participating in sales in order to reach the quantitative and qualitative goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Support your team with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs
  • Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance.
  • Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
  • Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clienteling tools to to ensure the highest level of Client experience
  • Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.
  • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, support them with their own sales, building and developing your own Client portfolio at the same time.
  • Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support and ensuring the brand promised standards are achieved.
  • Ensure policies are respected and support the team in all the daily operations tasks.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • 8-10 years of work experience in Luxury Retail as a Manager
  • Detail oriented, with strong training, communication, leadership and relational skills
  • Passion and high motivation for the luxury environment
  • Deep knowledge of the clothing and luxury history
  • Fluent English and french
