On behalf of an esteemed client, a prestigious High Luxury Brand, we are currently recruiting the following profile for their boutique based in Milan:

BOUTIQUE DIRECTOR | HIGH LUXURY BRAND | MILAN

The selected candidate will lead one of the Brand’s most strategic boutiques, managing a large and complex team within an international and highly demanding luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire and develop a large boutique team, fostering a strong performance and client-oriented culture
• Drive business performance through KPI monitoring, productivity analysis and commercial action plans
• Develop and manage relationships with VIP/VIC clients, ensuring an exceptional and highly personalized client experience
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring excellence across service, operations and boutique standards
• Collaborate with HQ and retail stakeholders on clienteling initiatives, events and special projects
• Produce reports and business analysis to support strategic decisions

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Fluent English
• 7-10+ years of managerial experience within Luxury / High Luxury Brands
• Proven experience managing large and complex team structures
• Strong business acumen combined with a hands-on approach
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Client-oriented, detail-focused and highly organized
