Our client is a well-established international advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals across multiple jurisdictions. To strengthen its team in the Zurich area, we are seeking an experienced and client-oriented Senior Tax Advisor.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with international entrepreneurs and private clients on complex tax and wealth structuring matters. The successful candidate will support cross-border projects involving the relocation and structuring of capital, with particular exposure to clients originating from the Gulf region and other international markets.

The role combines technical tax expertise with a strong advisory and relationship-management component, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy working directly with sophisticated clients and acting as trusted advisors.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Advise entrepreneurs, investors, and private clients on Swiss and international tax matters.
  • Support wealth and capital relocation projects, ensuring efficient and compliant structuring solutions.
  • Provide guidance on cross-border tax planning, succession matters, and asset-holding structures.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, delivering a high level of service and personalized advice.
  • Collaborate with legal, fiduciary, banking, and external advisory partners to implement tailored solutions.
  • Monitor tax and regulatory developments and assess their impact on client structures.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and strengthen the firm’s client network.

PROFILE:

  • Professional qualification in taxation, fiduciary services, accounting, or related fields is an asset.
  • Proven experience in tax advisory, private wealth, fiduciary services, family office environments, or international consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss tax matters and familiarity with international tax structures.
  • Experience working with international private clients and entrepreneurial families.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client orientation.
  • Strong personal standing and the ability to represent the firm credibly in a relationship-driven environment.
  • Fluent German and English are required, Italian is considered a strong advantage.
