On behalf of an established international company, we are looking for a Junior Controller to join the Group Finance team.

The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to controlling, reporting and consolidation activities while supporting the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Group Finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing periodic consolidated financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Net Financial Position.
  • Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting processes.
  • Acting as the Finance point of contact for selected international subsidiaries, working closely with local management teams.
  • Coordinating intercompany reconciliations and overseeing intercompany invoicing procedures.
  • Supporting the preparation of the Group Consolidated Financial Statements and Statutory Financial Statements, including related reconciliations.
  • Assisting the Head of Finance with cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting M&A activities through financial analysis and reporting.
  • Managing the accounting and financial reporting (actuals and forecasts) for the assigned cost centre.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal administrative procedures and Group policies while providing operational support to the Finance function.

Your Profile:

  • Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Economics.
  • Excellent command of Italian and English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of German and/or French is considered an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good knowledge of Power BI and a strong interest in AI tools applied to Finance.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and innovation-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
  • Flexible, autonomous and comfortable working across a broad range of finance-related activities.
