Salary Range: €45’000/50’000.
STORE MANAGER/ PREMIUM LIFESTYLE BRAND / NEW OPENING ROME
Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in the conduction of the Store
- Team Management
- Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
- Build a strong customer experience
- Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
- Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
- Produce reports and specific analysis
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Fluent spoken English
- At least 3 years in managerial role for Luxury or High Premium Brands
- Business driven and detailed oriented
- Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Problem solving
