This is a hands-on analytical role for a highly numerical, curious, and technically minded professional who can go beyond reporting to understand the full data landscape, validate data accuracy, connect multiple data sources, and uncover the insights behind business and marketing performance.

Working across data analytics, data science, and performance marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data reliability, developing meaningful performance analyses, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights. The role requires someone who is comfortable working directly with data, investigating discrepancies, understanding how data is generated and processed, and challenging the numbers when necessary.

RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Produce and maintain daily performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely visibility into business and marketing performance.
  • Data Quality & Validation: Investigate, reconcile, and validate data across multiple sources, identifying discrepancies and understanding how data is collected, processed, attributed, and reported.
  • Performance Marketing Analytics: Analyze marketing campaign performance, channel efficiency, customer acquisition, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and other relevant KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Data Integration & Modelling: Connect and analyze data from different platforms and sources, building a reliable and consistent view of performance across channels and systems.
  • Advanced Analytics & Data Science: Apply statistical methods, analytical models, and quantitative techniques to identify trends, explain performance drivers, and support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance, investigate unexpected fluctuations, and distinguish genuine business trends from data inconsistencies or measurement issues.
  • Business Insights: Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations to improve marketing efficiency, commercial performance, and business outcomes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, and other business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenge assumptions, and ensure data-driven decisions are based on reliable evidence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Improve reporting processes, analytical methodologies, and data workflows, identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and enhance the quality and efficiency of performance analysis.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Performance Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical mindset, with the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify inconsistencies, and understand the underlying mechanisms behind the numbers.
  • Hands-on experience working with multiple data sources and reconciling data from different platforms, systems, or reporting environments.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and performance measurement, including campaign analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, ROAS, CAC, and other relevant performance KPIs.
  • Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel capabilities, with experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis, statistical modelling, or automation is a strong plus.
  • Ability to understand data collection methodologies, tracking mechanisms, attribution models, and potential sources of measurement bias or data discrepancies.
  • Comfortable producing and interpreting daily reports while also investigating the underlying causes of performance changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to data.
  • Ability to translate technical findings into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience in apparel, lifestyle, retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce is considered a plus, particularly in environments with multiple sales and marketing channels.
