Born in Varese in 1978, in 2011 Nicoletta graduated in Marketing and Public Relations at the IULM University in Milan, with Major in Fashion, Luxury and Design. After two important professional experiences, the first in a Multinational Company and the second inside the Family Business, she joined Sidler SA in 2006 and soon revealed a huge, deep interest for Recruitment, Head Hunting and Human Capital in general. She is now leading the Company Business with exceptional passion and commitment, strongly believing in the force of Sidler SA Quality Service and Professionalism. Complete the profile command of English, French and German languages. Married and mother of a young daughter, during her spare time she loves listening to music, going to concerts and tasting good wine.

Born in 1989 in Como, in 2011 Annalisa graduated in Foreign Languages and Cultures at the University of Milan. She started her career in HR field in 2014, working as Recruiting Specialist for the Fashion Department of an Italian Recruitment Company and managing, from 2018, the start-up of the new Fashion Department in Milan. In 2021, she decided to grab a new exiting challenge and join the Sidler SA Team with the role of Recruiting & Consulting Manager for Fashion-Luxury and Retail field. During free time, she loves going to theater, concerts, visiting museums of contemporary art and reading a lot of novels. She loves Fashion World, both the classic and iconic brands and the streetwear.

She joined Sidler in 2018, and since then, she has been following and developing the Corporate & Staff division, recruiting and strategically evaluating top talented profiles in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal and HR for most historical Key Accounts of the Company. Ability to search and recruit proactively, with strong organizational skills. Specialties: Sourcing Strategies, Client Relationship Management, Exploring Opportunities. Born in 1997, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations at the University of Milan and a Master’s Degree in Economics at the University of Lugano. After a first experience in a multinational company operating in the facilities management, in December 2022 she joined Sidler SA Team as HR Recruiter in the Corporate & Staff division, dedicating to human capital, networking and talents research. Languages: Italian, English. Her main passion and hobby are musical and dance.

Always passionate about Human Resources, in 2022 she embarked on a new career path as Talent Acquisition Partner, in an important Multinational Company. Born in 1995, Valeria achieved a Master’s Degree in Administration and Public Policies at the State University of Milan. After several experiences in the field of Human Resources specializing in recruiting, training and HR administration, in February 2023 she joined the Sidler SA team as HR Recruiter & Consultant for the Fashion / Luxury division. With a past as competitive figure skater, she loves travelling, tasting good food and doing outdoor activities.
