On behalf of an esteemed customer, Luxury brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their Team in Capri

Range Salary: €45’000 – €55’000.

STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / CAPRI

Responsibilities:

• Team Management ( Approx 3-4 SA)
• Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
• Build a strong customer experience
• Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
• Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
• Outstanding clienteling skills, with the ability to develop and nurture a high-value client portfolio.
• A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a talent for driving business growth, creating in-store events
• Produce reports and specific analysis

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• Fluent spoken English and Italian
• Knowledge of LOCAL network
• At least 5 years in managerial role for LUXURY Brands
• Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
• Passionate about luxury/fashion
• Business driven and detailed oriented
• Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
• Confident, enthusiastic and positive
• Problem solving
