RECEPTIONIST – FRONT DESK / LUXURY BRAND / ZUG
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, guests and business partners, ensuring an exceptional and personalized luxury experience.
- Act as the first point of contact, representing the Brand with professionalism, elegance and discretion.
- Manage the reception area and ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standards.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and showroom visits.
- Support the Sales Team with administrative and operational activities.
- Prepare meeting rooms and hospitality services for clients and VIP guests.
- Manage courier services, deliveries and general office administration.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service or Hospitality role, preferably within luxury retail, high-end hospitality or premium corporate environments.
- Fluent English and German mandatory;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance with outstanding presentation and etiquette.
- Strong customer-service mindset with a naturally welcoming attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work from Monday to Saturday on rotation shifts
