On behalf of a renowned High Luxury Brand we are recruiting the following profile to join their HQ in Rome:

High End CLIENT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Shape and lead the global High End clienteling strategy, driving client engagement, loyalty and long-term value creation
•⁠ ⁠Develop and expand the global High End client portfolio, focusing on acquisition, retention, elevation, conversion and networking
•⁠ ⁠Leverage client portfolio analysis to define clienteling priorities, objectives and action plans
•⁠ ⁠Ensure governance of the High End client database, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating with CRM, IT and Data Compliance teams
•⁠ ⁠Enhance the global client experience and journey, in partnership with central and local stakeholders
•⁠ ⁠Design tailored client journeys and define go-to-market and follow-up action plans for priority client segments
•⁠ ⁠Contribute to international High End client events, from conception to execution in collaboration with Events and Trade Marketing teams
•⁠ ⁠Drive client targeting strategies and analyze performance and results linked to global events
•⁠ ⁠Act as a Brand Ambassador, fostering a client-centric mindset and long-term relationships with High End clients
•⁠ ⁠Lead and develop a team of 3–4 professionals and support the global Client Development community across markets

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
•⁠ ⁠University degree in Business Management or a related discipline
•⁠ ⁠At least 10 years’ experience in Client Development, Client Strategy or Clienteling, preferably within Luxury, High Jewelry or Haute Horlogerie, in an international environment
•⁠ ⁠Strong business acumen with the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
•⁠ ⁠Strong project management and people management skills
•⁠ ⁠Highly business-oriented with a strong focus on client relationships and experience
•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is considered a plus
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience or exposure to the Asian market will be regarded as a strong asset
