On behalf of a renowned High Luxury Brand we are recruiting the following profile to join their HQ in Rome:
High End CLIENT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
• Shape and lead the global High End clienteling strategy, driving client engagement, loyalty and long-term value creation
• Develop and expand the global High End client portfolio, focusing on acquisition, retention, elevation, conversion and networking
• Leverage client portfolio analysis to define clienteling priorities, objectives and action plans
• Ensure governance of the High End client database, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating with CRM, IT and Data Compliance teams
• Enhance the global client experience and journey, in partnership with central and local stakeholders
• Design tailored client journeys and define go-to-market and follow-up action plans for priority client segments
• Contribute to international High End client events, from conception to execution in collaboration with Events and Trade Marketing teams
• Drive client targeting strategies and analyze performance and results linked to global events
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, fostering a client-centric mindset and long-term relationships with High End clients
• Lead and develop a team of 3–4 professionals and support the global Client Development community across markets
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
• University degree in Business Management or a related discipline
• At least 10 years’ experience in Client Development, Client Strategy or Clienteling, preferably within Luxury, High Jewelry or Haute Horlogerie, in an international environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
• Strong project management and people management skills
• Highly business-oriented with a strong focus on client relationships and experience
• Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is considered a plus
• Previous experience or exposure to the Asian market will be regarded as a strong asset
