We are currently recruiting for a prestigious High Luxury Brand seeking a RETAIL AREA MANAGER to join their team and oversee South Europe Area:

RETAIL AREA MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / SOUTH EUROPE

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and drive performance across all retail operations;
• Ensure alignment with the brand’s global vision, retail excellence, and customer experience standards
• Lead, coach, and develop local retail teams, fostering a high-performance culture
• Define and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and propose action plans to maximize profitability and performance
• Ensure optimal store staffing, training, and development plans
• Collaborate with HQ and regional teams (merchandising, VM, HR, operations) to ensure operational excellence
• Maintain full compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
• Act as a brand ambassador and key representative of the company in the region

The Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury or high-luxury sector
• Proven multi-store management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop large teams
• Deep understanding of the market and local customer expectation
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving attitude, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Passionate about luxury, service excellence, and brand values
• Fluent in English and Italian
