JUNIOR HR RETAIL EMEA / INTERNATIONAL HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN

Duties and Responsabilities:
– Supporting recruitment and selection processes: CV screening, interview scheduling and coordination
– Managing and organizing the HR Manager’s agenda
– Assisting in the coordination of HR activities across European markets
– Providing operational and organizational support on HR activities (reports, presentations, database updates)
– Supporting cross-functional HR projects (talent development, training, employer branding)
Profilo

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or related fields
– Fluent English (knowledge of an additional European language is a plus)
– Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality
– Strong interest in the luxury / fashion industry
