On behalf of our customer, a leading International Company in the Construction Market, we are recruiting the following profile in Bellinzona:

BUYER / CANTON TICINO

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in developing procurement plans and strategies.

• Preparing RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.

• Analyzing supplier offers, prepare reports, and support decision-making.

• Drafting and reviewing procurement contracts.

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and mitigate procurement risks.

• Market research for subcontracting or general supplies.

• Preparing comparative tables.

• Ability to critically analyze received offers, verifying their alignment with the requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with the project budget.

• Drafting specific reports and collaborate with the entire project team.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in Swiss projects.

• Surveyor (Geometra) / Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.

• Experience in companies as a general contractor.

• Knowledge of the Swiss market is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian languages (German/French desirable).

• Cross-disciplinary skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and SAP MM.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

• Ability to work under pressure.
