To further expand our team in Stabio, we are looking for an International Recruiter & Consultant who will join our Corporate & Staff Division.

YOUR ROLE:

As an International Recruiter and Consultant, you will play a key role in leading recruitment projects for global clients, with a particular focus on supporting market expansion strategies and international growth plans.

You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from client briefing to final negotiations.
  • Specialize in the search and selection of C-Level and senior executive profiles.
  • Identify and engage top talent through headhunting, networking, and strategic sourcing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Contribute to cross-functional corporate projects, including:
    • Talent market analysis and HR advisory
    • Preparation of impactful corporate presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools
    • Support in Employer Branding and strategic client communication
  • Act as a strategic partner in international market entry and organizational development projects, providing insights on talent strategy and leadership mapping.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Executive Search or HR Recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment or Corporate field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach.
  • Native Italian, Fluent English (minimum C1 level). French and/or German will be considered more than an asset.
  • Previous experience within structured HR departments is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in international, multicultural settings.
