On behalf of our esteemed Customer, High Luxury Brand, we are recruiting the following profile, to join their team in Milan (Montenapoleone):

IN STORE MTM MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN (Montenapoleone)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure the operational functioning of the store
• In charge of 3 MTM Specialist
• Provide expert advice to customers and drive sales
• Maintain coordination with external suppliers for store upkeep
• Act as a brand ambassador and maintain high store standards
• Address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly
• Foster a positive work environment and high energy on the sales floor
• Achieve sales targets and manage multiple customers simultaneously
• Assist the sales team and oversee checkout/banking transactions
• Handle stock activities and ensure proper merchandise management

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically RTW for men
• Proven experience and management of a team
• Specialization in MTM (Made to Measure) is a must
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
• Good multitasking abilities
