On behalf of our customer, a leading International Company in the Construction Market, we are recruiting the following profile in Lugano:

ESTIMATOR / LUGANO

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate construction cost estimates for civil engineering projects, analyzing costs for labor, materials, inventory, and third-party services.
• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and relevant documents to understand the full scope of work.
• Contribute to project budget development by analyzing historical data, market trends, and project-specific requirements.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids.
• Identify discrepancies or errors in Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
• Collaborate with the bid team to identify potential risks impacting costs.

Requirements:

• Technical education and relevant experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Proficiency in Italian; knowledge of French or German is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Excellent knowledge of BabitPro and MS Office Suite.
