{"id":7432,"date":"2023-10-10T08:59:25","date_gmt":"2023-10-10T06:59:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7432"},"modified":"2023-12-01T00:43:15","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T23:43:15","slug":"rd-construction-manager-lugano","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/it?post_type=job_listing&p=7432","title":{"rendered":"R&amp;D CONSTRUCTION MANAGER \/ LUGANO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a Company leader in the renewable energy field, we are recruiting the following profile<\/p>\n<p><strong>R&amp;D CONSTRUCTION MANAGER \/ LUGANO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble, install, and manage the local team in the daily construction activities at our R&amp;D Center<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and collaborate with other departments (mainly technology, engineering, Procurement, and operations)<\/li>\n<li>Understand design and specification, plan assembly and execute construction of projects<\/li>\n<li>Support Director of Construction and Commissioning to meet department KPIs and reporting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate procurement needs and collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely supply of materials<\/li>\n<li>Help and manage internal team of on-site workers, guide them, and help troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Shape a culture of collaboration, innovation, constant improvement, excellence, transparency, open mindedness, humility, integrity, efficiency, joy, compassion, and fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>Gain deep understanding of our renewable energy storge industry, our products and technology, our processes, and our people<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of relevant experience in prototype construction, industrial construction, mechanical workshop, or equivalent, preferably in energy sector<\/li>\n<li>Technical knowledge and experience with mechanical installations, hydraulics, pneumatics, concrete and ability to operate industrial machinery.
