On behalf of an important client of ours, Fashion Brand, we are searching for the following profile:<\/p>\n

SALES MANAGER DENIM \/ FASHION BRAND \/ TICINO<\/b><\/p>\n

Duties & Responsabilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Coordinate the commercial strategy and ensure execution at Country \/ Channel level<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate consistency between the channels through a continuous monitoring of the different merchandising<\/li>\n
  • Provide specific product\/pricing feedback to the business unit<\/li>\n
  • Overview that all the different needs coming from different Regions are met inside the Brand Plan (this is including product strategy, SKU plan & grids by product category, price range, deliveries and distribution channels)<\/li>\n
  • Supervise the competitors offer in term of products, price positioning, trade marketing etc etc<\/li>\n
  • Supervise that wholesale distribution will meet the qualitative criteria defined by our Selective Distribution policy<\/li>\n
  • Supervise that shipments in term of timing and quality will meet customer requirements<\/li>\n
  • Train and coach our local sales force on product\/selling techniques<\/li>\n
  • Plan and implement Trade Marketing in order to support commercial development<\/li>\n
  • Manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures<\/li>\n
  • Supervise that pricing strategy will respect perceived value of the product<\/li>\n
  • Analyse sales reports regularly with the aim to capture the best practices and to identify the not-performing arguments<\/li>\n
  • Understand what motivates customers and what could cause them to choose the brand over competitors\u2019 brands (constant benchmarking on specific Regions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • At least 5 years\u2019 experience in a sales environment, preferably in the fashion industry and denim business<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of the global market and of its dynamics<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated experience with both wholesale and retail channels<\/li>\n
    • Strong data and excellent analytical and time management skills<\/li>\n
    • Must possess strong leadership skills and be well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
    • Sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on company\u2019s success<\/li>\n
    • High results orientation and bias toward actions<\/li>\n
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Positive attitude, team player, ability to work independently and to coordinate projects and people.<\/li>\n
    • Interested to work in an international environment and to network with worldwide business units<\/li>\n
    • Ability to travel internationally when required<\/li>\n
    • MS Office package (Excel knowledge is mandatory).<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in English, any other European language is considered a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
