{"id":38727,"date":"2026-11-02T17:55:52","date_gmt":"2026-11-02T16:55:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=38727"},"modified":"2026-11-02T17:55:54","modified_gmt":"2026-11-02T16:55:54","slug":"quality-manager-high-luxury-brand-milan-west","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/it\/offerta-lavoro\/quality-manager-high-luxury-brand-milan-west","title":{"rendered":"QUALITY MANAGER \/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND \/ MILAN WEST"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our client, an internationally renowned High Luxury Brand, is looking for a <strong>Quality Manager<\/strong> to join its organization in the Milan West area:<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALITY MANAGER \/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND \/ MILAN WEST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across the product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organization.<\/p>\n<h5><em>Responsibilities<\/em><\/h5>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Define, implement and continuously develop the company&#8217;s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand&#8217;s quality standards and expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee quality activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, from product development and prototyping to industrialization, production and post-production.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Product Development, Industrialization and Production, to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that product quality requirements are clearly defined and consistently applied at every stage of the production process.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess product conformity, identifying critical issues and coordinating corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage internal and external quality controls, ensuring that suppliers and manufacturing partners comply with the required quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality audits and establish appropriate control procedures to monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues, ensuring effective follow-up and implementation of corrective action plans.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor quality KPIs, providing regular reporting and analysis to support business decisions and operational performance.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement projects, promoting efficiency, process optimization and the adoption of best practices across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate quality documentation, reporting and traceability throughout the production and supply chain.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with central and international teams, contributing to the development and implementation of global quality initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, motivate and develop the Quality team, defining objectives, priorities and responsibilities while fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented environment.<\/li>\n<li>Promote a strong quality mindset across all departments, encouraging accountability, collaboration and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>The ideal candidate will have:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a Quality Management role within the Luxury, High-End Manufacturing or Premium Goods industry.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of quality processes across product development, industrialization and manufacturing.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in managing and developing a team, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of quality management systems, problem-solving methodologies, risk assessment and continuous improvement tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in supplier quality management, quality audits and corrective\/preventive action processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, monitor and interpret quality KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and complex projects autonomously.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive, hands-on approach, combined with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for craftsmanship, product excellence and the distinctive standards of the Luxury industry.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Italian and English;
