OPERATIONS SPECIALIST \/ ZUG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-pm-slice=\"1 3 []\">On behalf of an international company operating in the retail sector, we are looking for a <b>Shipment &amp; Operations Specialist <\/b>to join its team and support the coordination of logistics, merchandising and administrative activities related to product management, stock allocation and retail operations.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will play a cross-functional role, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processes, accurate data management and smooth coordination between headquarters, warehouses, retail stores and eCommerce.<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSABILITIES:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Logistics &amp; Supply Chain:<\/strong> Monitor orders, shipments and delivery schedules, liaise with suppliers and logistics partners, verify import documentation and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Compliance:<\/strong> Collect and maintain technical and regulatory product documentation, coordinate approval processes and ensure that product labelling and compliance requirements are met for the relevant markets.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Merchandising &amp; Stock Management:<\/strong> Support stock planning and allocation across existing stores, new store openings and eCommerce, monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment activities and stock transfers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp; Analysis:<\/strong> Prepare sales, stock and product availability reports, monitor operational performance indicators and support budget tracking related to imports and inventory management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Data &amp; Pricing:<\/strong> Create, maintain and update product master data across company systems, implement approved pricing and promotional activities, and verify their accurate execution across sales channels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retail Systems Support:<\/strong> Provide first-level support to retail stores for issues relating to POS systems, product data and back-office procedures, coordinating with IT teams and external service providers where necessary.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retail &amp; Administrative Support:<\/strong> Manage store requests, coordinate the supply of operational materials and support the preparation and organisation of new store openings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordination &amp;
