business.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and outstanding organizational capabilities, able to drive transformation, build high-performing teams and translate strategy into execution.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The Role<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reporting directly to the CEO, the Global Marketing Director will lead and further develop the global marketing function, ensuring effective execution of the company&#8217;s brand, marketing and commercial initiatives across international markets.<\/p>\n<p>The role requires a balanced combination of strategic vision and operational leadership, ensuring effective coordination across all marketing functions while supporting the company&#8217;s continued growth.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary in-house marketing organization covering\u00a0<strong>Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Marketing and International Retail Marketing<\/strong>, fostering collaboration, accountability and consistent execution across all functions and markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary global marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and accountable organization.<\/li>\n<li>Drive global brand development and integrated marketing initiatives, supporting sustainable business growth and strengthening the company&#8217;s international positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, Trade Marketing, Visual Marketing and International Retail Marketing, ensuring alignment and consistency across all activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate multidisciplinary in-house marketing teams across Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Marketing and Retail Marketing, ensuring alignment, prioritization and effective execution across all activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate international marketing programs, providing strategic direction, tools and best practices to support global markets while maintaining brand consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and optimize marketing processes and workflows, strengthening collaboration and operational excellence across the global marketing organization.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of in-house digital marketing initiatives, ensuring effective coordination of social media, performance marketing and digital communication activities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the global marketing budget, monitoring costs and maximizing return on investment.<\/li>\n<li>Drive marketing performance through KPIs, analytics and AI-driven insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional departments, particularly Finance, to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business impact, supporting commercial objectives and long-term business growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Ideal Profile<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an accomplished marketing leader with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant experience in senior marketing leadership roles within international Luxury, Premium or Consumer Brands, with proven exposure to\u00a0<strong>retail-driven<\/strong>\u00a0businesses and international markets.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive both\u00a0<strong>brand development and sustainable business growth through integrated marketing initiatives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary international marketing teams.<\/li>\n<li>Solid background in managing integrated marketing functions, including Digital Marketing, Communications, PR, Events, Trade Marketing and Visual Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to optimize processes and coordinate multiple functions simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating international marketing activities across global markets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs and performance measurement.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing international stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate across functions.<\/li>\n<li>A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on leadership style.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional fluency in English, Italian and French is essential.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>A collaborative mindset, high level of accountability and the emotional intelligence required to succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced international environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The position is
