We are looking for a hands-on leader able to combine\u00a0<strong>strategic vision with strong analytical capabilities and execution excellence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute\u00a0<strong>global digital growth strategies<\/strong>\u00a0across acquisition, retention, and conversion channels.<\/li>\n<li>Drive\u00a0<strong>profitable revenue growth<\/strong>\u00a0through performance marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage digital growth budgets and optimize key metrics including\u00a0<strong>CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and optimize paid media activities across social, search, display, affiliate, and other acquisition channels.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee\u00a0<strong>CRM, customer retention, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation strategies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Drive website performance and\u00a0<strong>conversion rate optimization initiatives<\/strong>, including testing and customer journey improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Build forecasting, attribution, KPI dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support\u00a0<strong>data-driven decision-making<\/strong>and improve business performance.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop internal digital growth capabilities while managing external agencies and strategic partners.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Brand, Product, Finance, and Executive teams to support\u00a0<strong>international growth and commercial objectives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>The Ideal Candidate:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally\u00a0<strong>7+ years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0in Digital Growth, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, or related leadership roles.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience within\u00a0<strong>apparel, activewear, lifestyle, wellness, sporting goods, or DTC brands<\/strong>\u00a0is highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of scaling\u00a0<strong>international e-commerce businesses<\/strong>\u00a0and managing multi-channel acquisition strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in\u00a0<strong>performance marketing, CRM, customer retention, digital analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of\u00a0<strong>e-commerce platforms, digital analytics, CRM, and marketing technology ecosystems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing significant media budgets and external agency relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable balancing\u00a0<strong>brand-building with performance objectives<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented leadership style with a strong\u00a0<strong>ownership mentality<\/strong>\u00a0and stakeholder management capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;
