function.<\/p>\n<p>This role represents a key hire within an evolving payroll structure, offering the opportunity to contribute to the implementation of a global payroll platform and to progressively take ownership of multi-country payroll operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will initially oversee payroll activities for several smaller international entities and will gradually assume broader international payroll responsibilities as the organization transitions to a centralized global payroll platform managed from Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p>This is a strategic position within a dynamic and international environment, ideal for a payroll professional with multi-country experience who is motivated to grow into a wider global remit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage end-to-end payroll processing for selected international entities (particularly Middle East and central-northern Europe);<\/li>\n<li>Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely execution in accordance with local regulations;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with local HR and Finance;<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation and transition to a global payroll platform;<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation, controls and audit readiness;<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related matters across assigned jurisdictions;<\/li>\n<li>Over time, the role is expected to expand in scope, with increasing involvement in broader international payroll oversight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in multi-country payroll management;<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of international payroll processes and compliance requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with payroll platforms;<\/li>\n<li>Structured, detail-oriented and highly reliable;<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a regulated and international environment;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English Italian and French languages will be considered more than
