RETAIL AREA MANAGER \/ HIGH LUXURY BRAND \/ SOUTH EUROPE<\/strong><\/p>\n Responsibilities: The Ideal Candidate:
\n<\/em><\/strong>\u2022 Oversee and drive performance across all retail operations;
\n\u2022 Ensure alignment with the brand\u2019s global vision, retail excellence, and customer experience standards
\n\u2022 Lead, coach, and develop local retail teams, fostering a high-performance culture
\n\u2022 Define and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth
\n\u2022 Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and propose action plans to maximize profitability and performance
\n\u2022 Ensure optimal store staffing, training, and development plans
\n\u2022 Collaborate with HQ and regional teams (merchandising, VM, HR, operations) to ensure operational excellence
\n\u2022 Maintain full compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
\n\u2022 Act as a brand ambassador and key representative of the company in the region<\/p>\n
\n<\/em><\/strong>\u2022 Minimum 8 years of experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury or high-luxury sector
\n\u2022 Proven multi-store management experience
\n\u2022 Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and develop large teams
\n\u2022 Deep understanding of the market and local customer expectation
\n\u2022 Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and decision-making skills
\n<\/span>\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
\n<\/span>\u2022 Problem-solving attitude, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
\n\u2022 Passionate about luxury, service excellence, and brand values
