{"id":27330,"date":"2025-09-01T15:43:42","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T13:43:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=27330"},"modified":"2025-11-01T00:50:17","modified_gmt":"2025-10-31T23:50:17","slug":"bim-specialist-mep-construction-geneva","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/it?post_type=job_listing&p=27330","title":{"rendered":"BIM SPECIALIST MEP \/ CONSTRUCTION \/ GENEVA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For an important client operating in the construction sector, we are looking for a BIM Specialist MEP to support the coordination and management of BIM models, with a particular focus on the MEP discipline.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"676\"><strong data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"674\">Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"789\">Active participation in interdisciplinary model coordination, performing code detection and clash detection.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"911\">Development of Dynamo scripts to automate routine processes, manage data, generate reports, and improve productivity.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"985\">Support in the modeling and parameterization of MEP systems in Revit.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1089\">Extraction of data, schedules, tables, and documents from BIM models for quantity take-off control.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1177\">Support in drafting the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and applying project requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1280\">Collaboration with design teams and MEP specialists to solve technical issues in federated models.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1427\">Management of open exchange formats such as IFC and interaction with CDE environments in compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650, UNI 11337).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1430\" data-end=\"1483\">Final management of IFC models with COBie protocol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1506\"><strong data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1504\">Required Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1556\">Proven experience in the construction sector.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1648\">Proficiency in clash and code detection software such as Solibri, Navisworks, or Dalux.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1684\">Autonomy in Revit MEP modeling.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1762\">Basic knowledge of 4D and 5D BIM software (Bexel Manager, Synchro, etc.).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1765\" data-end=\"1857\">Basic knowledge of Dynamo (scripts for parameter management, quality control, automation).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1939\">Familiarity with local and international BIM standards: ISO 19650, UNI 11337.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"2014\">Good communication skills and aptitude for multidisciplinary teamwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2046\"><strong data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2044\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2130\">Knowledge of collaborative\/cloud tools (Dalux, Autodesk ACC, BIM Collab, etc.).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2213\">Experience in MEP design using parametric models and creating custom families.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2216\" data-end=\"2269\">Knowledge of English and Italian;
