With a strong legacy and a forward-looking mindset, we continue to grow and support some of the most dynamic and ambitious companies in Switzerland and beyond.<\/p>\n<p>To further expand our team in <strong>Stabio<\/strong>, we are looking for an\u00a0<strong>International Recruiter &amp; Consultant <\/strong>who will join our\u00a0<strong>Corporate &amp; Staff Division<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOUR ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an International Recruiter and Consultant, you will play a key role in\u00a0<strong>leading recruitment projects for global clients<\/strong>, with a particular focus on supporting\u00a0<strong>market expansion strategies and international growth plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>You will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the\u00a0<strong>end-to-end recruitment process<\/strong>, from client briefing to final negotiations.<\/li>\n<li>Specialize in the\u00a0<strong>search and selection of C-Level and senior executive profiles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and engage top talent through\u00a0<strong>headhunting, networking, and strategic sourcing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with both\u00a0<strong>existing clients and new prospects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to\u00a0<strong>cross-functional corporate projects<\/strong>, including:\n<ul>\n<li>Talent market analysis and HR advisory<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparation of impactful corporate presentations<\/strong>\u00a0using PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools<\/li>\n<li>Support in Employer Branding and strategic client communication<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Act as a strategic partner in\u00a0<strong>international market entry and organizational development projects<\/strong>, providing insights on talent strategy and leadership mapping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Swiss permanent employment contract (CCL), full time.<\/li>\n<li>Access to company welfare &amp; benefits program.<\/li>\n<li>Laptop and company phone.<\/li>\n<li>A dynamic, fast-growing, and international work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Direct exposure to high-level assignments for\u00a0<strong>prestigious global clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Real opportunity to\u00a0<strong>make an impact<\/strong>\u00a0and grow within a highly reputable HR consulting firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>YOUR PROFILE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum\u00a0<strong>2-3 years\u2019 experience<\/strong>\u00a0in Executive Search or HR Recruitment, preferably in a consulting environment or Corporate field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Native Italian, Fluent English (minimum C1 level)<\/strong>.
