FACILITY, SECURITY & OHS MANAGER – ITALY<\/strong><\/p>\n The Facility, Security & OHS Manager Italy will be responsible for the organization, management and control of the maintenance of the Boutiques for all three divisions in Italy, as well as the Milan Headquarter, ensuring an optimal environment for employees and customers. \n\u2022 Management of all maintenance and cleaning activities of the boutiques 3 Divisions also based on recommendations, reports and additional requests from the boutique managers, etc.;
\n\u2022 Visit to the boutiques and creation of reports related to the on going activities to the Store Planning Team ;
\n\u2022 Follow up of the maintenance budget in collaboration with the IP department;
\n\u2022 Activation and coordination of minor works projects;
\n\u2022 Management and monitoring of the stock of supplies (furniture – artworks and fabrics);
\n\u2022 Management of relations with the condominium administrations of the boutique locations;
\n\u2022 Coordination with legal department for any legal actions disputes – problems with the properties;
\n\u2022 Coordination with the store planning of the activities of new opening – renewal or extension of the boutiques;
\n\u2022 Supervision of the works on site.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Coordination and monitoring of all activities aimed at ensuring the security of the boutiques 3 Division and the headquarters;
\n\u2022 Follow up security budget in collaboration with the IP department;
\n\u2022 Activation and coordination of plant adjustments according to the needs or current regulations;
\n\u2022 Coordination with Team Europe for the new opening – renewal or extension of the boutiques involving and animating all the internal departments;
\n\u2022 Security training.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Coordination and monitoring of all activities aimed at ensuring the health and safety of employees in relation to current regulations;
\n\u2022 Follow up safety budget;
\n\u2022 Review \/ update all DVR and PE;
\n\u2022 Update evacuation plans;
\n\u2022 Updates and training courses first aid and fire prevention;
\n\u2022 Health surveillance;
\n\u2022 Specific assessment of work-related stress risk.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Master’s degree in architecture or civil engineering;
\n\u2022 6-8 years of experience in the construction and\/or retail sector;
\n\u2022 Required experience in the luxury sector and\/or in large international fashion companies;
\n\u2022 Confirmed CAD skills: Autocad, Sketchup, 3D visualization, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
\n\u2022 Advanced Office Suite skills, Adobe Acrobat, etc.;
\n\u2022 Solid analytical skills and project management experience;
\n\u2022 Critical sense in following budget and cost negotiations;
\n\u2022 Strong relational, communication and organizational skills;
\n\u2022 Strong attention to aesthetics;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Italian and English at an advanced level is essential – French is to be considered a plus.<\/p>\n
