ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER \/ FASHION\u00a0 BRAND \/ MUNICH<\/strong><\/p>\n Responsibilities<\/em>: The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:<\/em>
\n\u2022 Creates and builds a genuine, attentive and long lasting relationship with customers, based on listening, meeting and exceeding client\u2019s needs and expectations
\n\u2022 Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging competitive environment
\n\u2022 Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures
\n\u2022 Assesses the effectiveness of the team, and provides the appropriate level of coaching performance feedback
\n\u2022 Conducts sales and inventory management
\n\u2022 On-the-job training to new employees and operational tasks
\n\u2022 Creates an inspiring shopping environment through effective merchandising capability, high in store standards and compelling visual presentation
\n\u2022 Responsible for opening and closing procedures
\n\u2022 Ensures desired brand experience is being fostered in store through individual and team customer interactions
\n\u2022 Keeps store running smoothly by executing weekly and monthly business rhythms and tasks
\n\u2022 Maintains positive employee relations and open lines of communication throughout store
\n\u2022 Managing budget and KPI\u2019S
\n\u2022 Identifies opportunities to improve performance, working also with corporate business partners to develop strategies to raise performance
\n\u2022 Business development; PR activity; CRM development.
\n\u2022 Team management (approx. max. 5 resources)
\n\u2022 Lead the team to achieve common goals, identifying clear priorities, tasks and definition of role<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Relevant work experience in luxury\/premium retail environment
\n\u2022 Managerial experience with an emphasis on motivating and developing staff
\n\u2022 Proven ability to drive results and manage autonomously a Luxury\/Premium boutique.
\n\u2022 Strong customer relationship management and development as well as networking skills
\n\u2022 Fluent in English and German.
\n\u2022 Passionate about storytelling, lifestyle, luxury and travel.
