{"id":10233,"date":"2023-11-08T11:00:57","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T10:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=10233"},"modified":"2024-03-01T01:42:56","modified_gmt":"2024-03-01T00:42:56","slug":"business-developer-mendrisio","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/it?post_type=job_listing&p=10233","title":{"rendered":"BUSINESS DEVELOPER\/MENDRISIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On behalf of our esteemed Customer, we are recruiting the following profile:<\/p>\n<p><strong>BUSINESS DEVELOPER\/MENDRISIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: var(--list--font-family);background-color: var(--global--color-background);color: var(--global--color-primary);font-size: var(--global--font-size-base)\">In line with the BU&#8217;s strategy, build and implement a targeted prospecting strategy primarily in Switzerland and across the following 3 Strategic Business Areas (SBA): Pharmaceutical Laboratories, Diagnostic Laboratories, and Medical Device Manufacturers<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Identify leads, analyze customer needs, obtain Request For Quotations (RFQ), collaborate with technical teams to create relevant proposals for customers and the plant, and convert them into orders<\/li>\n<li>Conduct commercial negotiations and defend contractual conditions<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the smooth progress of projects<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer portfolio follow-up and ensure customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Create and update activity reporting<\/li>\n<li>Rally internal teams around customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market and competitive intelligence to be more relevant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher education, such as business school or engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in plastics processing, ideally in plastic injection<\/li>\n<li>Complex B2B sales in industry with long sales cycles<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the healthcare industries (Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic, Medical Devices).
