On behalf of our esteemed Customer, High Luxury Brand, we are recruiting the following profile, to join their team in Milan (Montenapoleone):
IN STORE MTM SPECIALIST / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN (Montenapoleone)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key role within the boutique and market management
- Collaborate with a team of three MTM specialists
- Contribute to the development of the VIP/VIC client portfolio
- Exclusive new project with a dedicated space inside the store
- Focus on men’s products with a strong potential for growth
- Opportunity to work in a high-end environment and contribute to business expansion
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, specifically RTW for men
- Specialization in MTM (Made to Measure) is a must
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Good multitasking abilities
