We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, a Luxury Brand, a Client Advisor to join their team in the Boutique in Milan:

CLIENT ADVISOR / LUXURY BRAND / MILANO 

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and assist customers with product advice and recommendations
• Coordinate with external suppliers to maintain store standards
• Represent the brand as a true ambassador, developing a great VIP/VIC portfolio
• Address and resolve customer needs and issues promptly
• Maintain a high-energy presence on the sales floor
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee stock activities
• Manage merchandise effectively and accurately

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail, specifically in MTM and Bespoke fields
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, outgoing personality with a positive, proactive attitude
• Strong IT skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
