SALES MANAGER / SWISS MARKET

Duties and responsibilities::

  • Actively acquire new customers and projects, and develop strategies to expand market reach.
  • Manage customer relations, including handling inquiries, preparing offers, and negotiating deals.
  • Plan extensive sales activities for specific target industries.
  • Conduct market research and analysis in alignment with our goals and business strategies.
  • Participate in trade fairs and build a strong sales network.
  • Collaborate constructively and reliably across all departments of the company.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Commercial training or a degree in business or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of solid sales experience in the packaging industry, especially in the films sector—preferably within the Swiss market.
  • Excellent command of both German e English, italian and French will be considered a plus.
  • Available to travel : planning on-boarding period in Germany.
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, negotiation talent, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor.
  • You are resilient, willing to travel, and flexible in order to meet the demands of our projects and customers across Switzerland.
