Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers, focusing on personalized service and exceeding expectations
- Drive store performance and results based on clearly defined KPIs in a highly competitive environment
- Maintain an inspiring store environment through effective merchandising, high standards, and engaging visual displays
- Foster the brand’s experience and values through customer interactions and team leadership
- Manage budget and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement, collaborating with corporate partners to develop strategies for growth
- Drive business development activities, including PR initiatives and CRM strategies
- Team management, leading and mentoring the team to to ensure top performance and professional growth
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a luxury environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage operations, and autonomously run a luxury boutique
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to network within a luxury market
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Italian are a plus
- Passionate about luxury, jewelry, storytelling, and customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
