On behalf of our esteemed customer, multinational reality in a manufacturing context, we are recruiting the following profile:

JUNIOR HR GENERALIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and staffing process management
  • Onboarding process
  • Support implementation of organizational changes and internal mobility;
  • Maintenance and upgrade HR systems;
  • Prepares HR reports, metrics and analytics for management;
  • Supports employee communication (local communications and announcements, quarterly town halls, etc);
  • Manage audits in the HR area;
  • Implements training programs, conducts training needs assessment, selection of external training suppliers;
  • Assists in administering performance management process;
  • General support to the HR Manager

Duties and Responsabilities:

  • Studies in the field of Economics and/or Management, HRSE Human Resources Swiss Exams certification will be considered a great advantage;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as Human Resources Generalist or HR Assistant;
  • Swiss Nationality or B/C residence permit is a must to apply
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
  • International mindset;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise.
