STORE MANAGER / JEWELRY LUXURY BRAND / PARIS

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible to guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of sales resources, merchandise in order to contribute of achieving company goals;
• Lead and manage a high performing store team;
• Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training;
• Business development;
• Guarantee financial results of the store through strong local network;
• Manage KPI and propose action plans;
• Reports of sales and Planning;
• Stock management and personnel costs;

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• Qualified degree;
• 5/8 years of experience in a Managerial role;
• Fluent in English;
• Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Excellent standing;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work under pressure.
