{"id":3851,"date":"2023-05-10T09:42:56","date_gmt":"2023-05-10T07:42:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/?p=3851"},"modified":"2023-05-10T09:42:57","modified_gmt":"2023-05-10T07:42:57","slug":"hr-manager-zurich-area","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sidler-sa.ch\/en\/hr-manager-zurich-area","title":{"rendered":"HR MANAGER \/ ZURICH AREA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For our esteemed Customer, a multinational company leader in its field, we are looking for the following figure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>HR MANAGER \/ ZURICH AREA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive resource planning and talent management across client group addressing structure, job design, talent gaps, development plans, succession plans, retention and recruitment needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continually coach, develop and up-skill managers across the business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with Regional Managers to implement the strategic and operational people objectives and deliver against these plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the people elements of any change project within the function<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Recruitment and L&amp;D to design relevant initiatives to meet business needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with Reward to ensure the reward strategy is relevant for the business unit and effective benchmarking takes place throughout the year to remain competitive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead projects\/initiatives that continuously enhance employee engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Play an active role in coaching and mentoring the HR Advisors and Co-ordinators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support annual performance review process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver training and facilitate workshops in partnership with the L&amp;D team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and analyse People KPIs for client group and implement actions to drive engagement and productivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Requirements:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualified degree, preferably in HR, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, preferably in retail<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>German and English fluent.
