High End CLIENT DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/em> The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:<\/em><\/strong>
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Shape and lead the global High End clienteling strategy, driving client engagement, loyalty and long-term value creation
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Develop and expand the global High End client portfolio, focusing on acquisition, retention, elevation, conversion and networking
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Leverage client portfolio analysis to define clienteling priorities, objectives and action plans
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Ensure governance of the High End client database, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating with CRM, IT and Data Compliance teams
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Enhance the global client experience and journey, in partnership with central and local stakeholders
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Design tailored client journeys and define go-to-market and follow-up action plans for priority client segments
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Contribute to international High End client events, from conception to execution in collaboration with Events and Trade Marketing teams
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Drive client targeting strategies and analyze performance and results linked to global events
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Act as a Brand Ambassador, fostering a client-centric mindset and long-term relationships with High End clients
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Lead and develop a team of 3\u20134 professionals and support the global Client Development community across markets<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060University degree in Business Management or a related discipline
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060At least 10 years\u2019 experience in Client Development, Client Strategy or Clienteling, preferably within Luxury, High Jewelry or Haute Horlogerie, in an international environment
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Strong business acumen with the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Strong project management and people management skills
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Highly business-oriented with a strong focus on client relationships and experience
\n\u2022\u2060 \u2060Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is considered a plus
