On behalf of our esteemed Customer, High Luxury Brand, We are recruiting the following profile for their HQ in Milan<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

JUNIOR HR RETAIL EMEA \/ INTERNATIONAL HIGH LUXURY BRAND \/ MILAN<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duties and Responsabilities:<\/em><\/strong>
\n– Supporting recruitment and selection processes: CV screening, interview scheduling and coordination
\n– Managing and organizing the HR Manager\u2019s agenda
\n– Assisting in the coordination of HR activities across European markets
\n– Providing operational and organizational support on HR activities (reports, presentations, database updates)
\n– Supporting cross-functional HR projects (talent development, training, employer branding)
\nProfilo<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience<\/em>:<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or related fields
\n– Fluent English (knowledge of an additional European language is a plus)
\n– Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
\n– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and confidentiality
