of:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Mechanical Workshop &amp; Depot\u00a0 Manager<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/em>Responsible for the overall management of the Mechanical Workshop &amp; Depot, ensuring operational support to construction sites through the availability, maintenance, and optimization of company-owned assets (especially Mobile Equipment), with a strong focus on performance, cost-efficiency, legal compliance, and safety.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"632\">Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"220\" data-end=\"323\">\n<p data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"323\">Full management of the Mechanical Workshop &amp; Depot from both operational and financial perspectives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"424\">\n<p data-start=\"326\" data-end=\"424\">Planning and controlling budgets, investments, personnel, and equipment to support project needs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"498\">\n<p data-start=\"427\" data-end=\"498\">Preparing quotations for asset rental in tenders and ongoing projects<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"607\">\n<p data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"607\">Coordinating delivery, assembly, testing, maintenance, and demobilization of mobile equipment and plants<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"724\">\n<p data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"724\">Ensuring proper maintenance planning (preventive and corrective), spare parts stock management, and traceability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"786\">\n<p data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"786\">Supervising internal teams and external service providers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"873\">\n<p data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"873\">Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards (e.g., CE marking)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"936\">\n<p data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"936\">Optimizing asset performance and lifecycle cost efficiency<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"937\" data-end=\"1011\">\n<p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1011\">Reporting to Project and HQ Management with accurate data and analysis<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"177\" data-end=\"274\">\n<p data-start=\"179\" data-end=\"274\">Technical degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"423\">\n<p data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"423\">Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sites as Workshop Manager or Supervisor, with solid knowledge of mobile construction equipment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"571\">\n<p data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"571\">Strong expertise in maintenance of equipment and systems (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic), including spare parts and inventory management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"683\">\n<p data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"683\">Proven experience in team management, activity planning, and coordination of external service providers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"788\">\n<p data-start=\"686\" data-end=\"788\">Good knowledge of local regulations related to equipment and safety standards (e.g., CE marking)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"891\">\n<p data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"891\">Fluent in English and at least one additional language (preferably Italian, German, or French)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1005\">\n<p data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"1005\">Proficient in software tools such as Microsoft Office (advanced), SAP (intermediate), and AutoCAD (basic)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1161\">\n<p data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1161\">Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and results orientation, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and in complex
