On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a luxury Company leader in the Watches sector, we are recruiting the following profile:<\/p>\n

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER\/ LUXURY \/ MENDRISIO<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duties and Responsabilities:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks;<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and production, to translate ideas into tangibe, marketable luxury watches;<\/li>\n
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of watch components, materials, and manufacturing techniques to make informed decisions that enhance product quality;<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Rhino, Solidworks, or similar tools to create and modify detailed watch designs;<\/li>\n
  • Independently manage project progression, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track;<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the production process;<\/li>\n
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product design and positioning strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The ideal Candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Proven experience in product development within the luxury watch industry<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
    • Deep understanding of watch components, materials, and manufacturing processes;<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in English, written and spoken;<\/li>\n
    • Exceptional project management skills with the ability o manage multiple projects simultaneously;<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abties;<\/li>\n
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with external partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
