STORE MANAGER / LUXURY BRAND / ZURICH

• Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible to guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of sales resources, merchandise in order to contribute of achieving company goals
• Lead and manage a high performing store team
• Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training
• Business development
• Guarantee financial results of the store through strong local network
• Manage KPI and propose action plans
• Reports of sales and Planning
• Stock management and personnel costs

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

• Qualified degree
• 5/8 years of experience in a Managerial role
• German native or fluent
• Fluent in English
• Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent standing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
