JUNIOR HR GENERALIST

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and staffing process management
- Onboarding process
- Support implementation of organizational changes and internal mobility;
- Maintenance and upgrade HR systems;
- Prepares HR reports, metrics and analytics for management;
- Supports employee communication (local communications and announcements, quarterly town halls, etc);
- Manage audits in the HR area;
- Implements training programs, conducts training needs assessment, selection of external training suppliers;
- Assists in administering performance management process;
- General support to the HR Manager
Duties and Responsabilities:
- Studies in the field of Economics and/or Management, HRSE Human Resources Swiss Exams certification will be considered a great advantage;
- At least 2-3 years of experience as Human Resources Generalist or HR Assistant;
- Swiss Nationality or B/C residence permit is a must to apply
- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
- International mindset;
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and poise.
