We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager on behalf of our prestigious luxury brand, for their NEW Boutique in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-end retail environment, providing exceptional customer experiences while driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers, focusing on personalized service and exceeding expectations
  • Drive store performance and results based on clearly defined KPIs in a highly competitive environment
  • Maintain an inspiring store environment through effective merchandising, high standards, and engaging visual displays
  • Foster the brand’s experience and values through customer interactions and team leadership
  • Manage budget and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement, collaborating with corporate partners to develop strategies for growth
  • Drive business development activities, including PR initiatives and CRM strategies
  • Team management, leading and mentoring the team to to ensure top performance and professional growth

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a luxury environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage operations, and autonomously run a luxury boutique
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to network within a luxury market
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;  additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Italian are a plus
  • Passionate about luxury, jewelry, storytelling, and customer service
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
