We are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant on behalf of our prestigious luxury brand, for their boutique in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end retail environment and provide exceptional service while contributing to the success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales process, ensuring adherence to company standards and excellence in customer service
- Deliver a personalized, high-quality experience for every client, fostering long-term relationships
- Assist in managing commercial relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and enhance each stage of the customer journey
- Participate in store and department meetings to stay aligned with team objectives and brand strategy
- Assist with PR and CRM activities to build brand presence and loyalty
- Help maintain the boutique’s appearance and merchandising standards
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- 3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships
- A keen understanding of customer needs and the ability to prioritize them
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Italian are a plus
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Passion for luxury, fashion, and providing an exceptional customer experience
