CLIENT ADVISOR /HIGH LUXURY BRAND/ MILAN
Duties and Responsabilities:
- Guarantee operative functioning of the store
- Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
- Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
- Be an ambassador of the brand
- Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor
- Ensure a good work environment
- Achieve sales goals
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
- Assist all sales team members
- Control of checkout and bank transfers
- CRM activities
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail luxury
- Fluent Italian and English is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
- Good IT skills
- Customer oriented
- Multi – tasking abilities
