On behalf of our esteemed Customer, High Luxury Brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their team in Milan :

CLIENT ADVISOR /HIGH LUXURY BRAND/ MILAN

Duties and Responsabilities:

  • Guarantee operative functioning of the store
  • Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
  • Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
  • Be an ambassador of the brand
  • Ensure customers’ needs and resolve all customer issues
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor
  • Ensure a good work environment
  • Achieve sales goals
  • Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Assist all sales team members
  • Control of checkout and bank transfers
  • CRM activities

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in retail luxury
  • Fluent Italian and English is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
  • Good IT skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Multi – tasking abilities
